Booking online couldn’t be easier! After making your appointment you’ll receive a confirmation email and I will send you a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. If you don’t receive an email and it’s not in your junk folder please let me know. If it’s your first appointment with me you will need to fill out an online medical questionnaire.
